Yoga flow movement was born out of the desire to share fluid, dance-informed movement with the world and combine with asanas. Be your inner child for this moment and feel free to move.
Bring your blindfold, musics, loud speaker/earphone, make sure you can connect to the music. See you on your mat!
This yoga practice is free and you can off course voluntarily support us to re-build the "Roslin Orphanage" by joining our yoga and meditation session. I look forward to your participation!
